- To prevent any fraudulent orders and to verify the Billing Information provided, we may at our option, request that you send a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as your credit card statement (only the portion which reflects the same credit card number, billing address and issuing bank’s or company’s name/logo) to us via email.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request.
- Payment made is not refundable after order confirmation unless product sent is not in condition promised and the company reserves the right to examine and conclude final result at any circumstances in these cases.
